Oysa insan hayat\u0131nda al\u0131nan \u00f6nemli kararlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, tek bir g\u00fcne de\u011fil, uzun bir birikime dayan\u0131r. \u0130nsan bazen susarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, bazen i\u00e7inde tartarak bekler, bazen defalarca vazge\u00e7ip yeniden ayn\u0131 noktaya d\u00f6ner. Bu y\u00fczden bir ki\u015finin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131 yaln\u0131zca sonu\u00e7 \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirmek \u00e7o\u011fu zaman eksik bir bak\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle aile ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu toplumlarda, insanlar\u0131n birbirinin hayat\u0131na fazla yakla\u015fmas\u0131 ola\u011fan kabul edilir. Anadolu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde bu durum daha belirgindir. Aile b\u00fcy\u00fckleri, yak\u0131n akrabalar, hatta kimi zaman aileye \u00e7ok yak\u0131n olmayan ki\u015filer bile kendilerini s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleme hakk\u0131na sahip g\u00f6rebilir. Niyet her zaman k\u00f6t\u00fc olmayabilir; fakat iyi niyet, her m\u00fcdahaleyi me\u015fru h\u00e2le getirmez. Tam da bu noktada had bilmek meselesi \u00f6nem kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir insan\u0131 sevmek ba\u015fka \u015feydir, onun hayat\u0131 \u00fczerinde s\u00f6z sahibi olmak ba\u015fka \u015feydir. Akraba olmak, ya\u015f\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck olmak, tecr\u00fcbeli olmak ya da \u201ciyili\u011fini istemek\u201d, bir ki\u015fiye s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z ele\u015ftiri hakk\u0131 vermez. Ger\u00e7ek yak\u0131nl\u0131k, gerekti\u011finde konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bilmek kadar gerekti\u011finde susmas\u0131n\u0131 da bilmektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sevgi, kar\u015f\u0131dakini ku\u015fatmak de\u011fil; ona nefes alabilece\u011fi bir alan b\u0131rakmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararlar, toplum i\u00e7inde daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yarg\u0131lanabilmektedir. Bir erke\u011fin kendi tercihi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir\u00e7ok konu, kad\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda aile meselesi, namus meselesi ya da \u00e7evre de\u011ferlendirmesi h\u00e2line getirilebilmektedir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitimle, i\u015fle, evlilikle, bo\u015fanmayla, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fehirle ya da hayat tarz\u0131yla ilgili verdi\u011fi kararlar \u00e7o\u011fu zaman kendi iradesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131ndan ge\u00e7mesi gereken bir alan gibi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Her akrabal\u0131k ba\u011f\u0131, her yak\u0131nl\u0131k ili\u015fkisi, her b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck s\u0131fat\u0131, ki\u015finin \u00f6zel alan\u0131na girme izni vermez. Yerini bilmek, sadece terbiyeli davranmak de\u011fildir; kar\u015f\u0131ndaki insan\u0131n iradesine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada s\u0131k ya\u015fanan bir durum vard\u0131r. Karar alan ki\u015fi, yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndan sert bir ele\u015ftiri duydu\u011funda kendini a\u00e7\u0131klamak zorunda hisseder. Sessiz kalsa sayg\u0131s\u0131z denilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr. Cevap verse \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 geliyor\u201d denmesinden \u00e7ekinir. Sakin sakin anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki ki\u015fi \u00e7o\u011fu zaman anlamaya de\u011fil, kendi s\u00f6yledi\u011fini kabul ettirmeye y\u00f6nelir. B\u00f6ylece mesele, fikir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar; bir taraf\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, di\u011fer taraf\u0131n ise kendi h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc korudu\u011fu bir tart\u0131\u015fmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesela bir kad\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fka bir \u015fehre gitmek istedi\u011finde, baz\u0131 aile b\u00fcy\u00fckleri \u00f6nce onun neden b\u00f6yle bir karar ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine, \u201cBizim zaman\u0131m\u0131zda b\u00f6yle \u015feyler olmazd\u0131\u201d diyerek s\u00f6ze ba\u015flayabiliyor. Burada as\u0131l mesele \u015fehir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi de\u011fildir; karar alan ki\u015finin yeti\u015fkin biri olarak iradesine alan tan\u0131nmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Kimi zaman evlilik karar\u0131, kimi zaman bo\u015fanma, kimi zaman \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131, kimi zaman da sadece ki\u015finin kendi ya\u015fam d\u00fczenini kurma iste\u011fi, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcnde sorgulama konusu h\u00e2line gelebilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6rnek de \u015fudur: Aile i\u00e7inde biri bir karar al\u0131r, kar\u015f\u0131 taraf bunu \u00f6\u011f\u00fct verme f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, kendi otoritesini hat\u0131rlatma zemini olarak kullan\u0131r. \u201cBen senden b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm, ben daha \u00e7ok ya\u015fad\u0131m, ben daha iyi bilirim\u201d tavr\u0131 devreye girer. Oysa tecr\u00fcbe, her zaman h\u00fck\u00fcm verme hakk\u0131 do\u011furmaz. Tecr\u00fcbenin de\u011feri, dayat\u0131lmas\u0131nda de\u011fil, uygun bir dille payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele\u015ftiri ile rehberlik ayn\u0131 \u015fey de\u011fildir. Ele\u015ftiri \u00e7o\u011fu zaman kar\u015f\u0131dakinin a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bulmaya y\u00f6nelir; rehberlik ise kar\u015f\u0131dakinin iyili\u011fini g\u00f6zetirken onun \u015fahsiyetini korur. Bir insan ger\u00e7ekten fayda vermek istiyorsa, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dilde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseme, bask\u0131, itham ve alay olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sertlik, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman s\u00f6ylenen s\u00f6z\u00fcn do\u011frulu\u011funu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmez; yaln\u0131zca kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n savunmas\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada empati \u00f6nemli olmakla birlikte, herkesten y\u00fcksek bir empati becerisi beklemek de ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i de\u011fildir. Herkes ayn\u0131 derinlikte anlay\u0131\u015f sahibi olmayabilir. Fakat empati kuramayan birinin de en az\u0131ndan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekir. Bir insan, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndakini anlamakta zorlan\u0131yorsa, bunu bask\u0131yla telafi etmemelidir. Anlayam\u0131yorsa daha \u00e7ok y\u00fcklenmek yerine daha dikkatli davranmal\u0131d\u0131r. Her bilmedi\u011fi \u015feyi yanl\u0131\u015f saymak, her onaylamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131 hata kabul etmek sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bazen do\u011fru tav\u0131r, ele\u015ftirmek de\u011fil beklemektir. Bazen \u0131srar etmek de\u011fil geri \u00e7ekilmektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan hayat\u0131nda baz\u0131 \u015feyler nasihatle de\u011fil, zamanla anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Her karar d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan m\u00fcdahaleyle d\u00fczelmez. Hatta baz\u0131 durumlarda fazla m\u00fcdahale, yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen karardan daha fazla zarar verir. Bir musibet bin nasihatten etkili olabilir s\u00f6z\u00fc de burada anlam kazan\u0131r. \u0130nsan bazen ya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frenir. Bu ihtimal, yak\u0131n \u00e7evrenin her konuda bask\u0131 kurmas\u0131n\u0131 hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumun de\u011ferlerini korumak elbette \u00f6nemlidir. Aile ba\u011flar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck-k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sayg\u0131s\u0131, tecr\u00fcbenin k\u0131ymeti, ortak hayat\u0131n dengesi g\u00f6rmezden gelinemez. Ancak bu de\u011ferler, bireyin iradesini yok sayacak \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. De\u011fer ile bask\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7izgi iyi korunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sayg\u0131, sadece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011fe g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi bir tav\u0131r de\u011fildir; b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetmesiyle tamamlan\u0131r. Nasihat, hakaret diline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde de\u011fer \u00fcretmez. Yak\u0131nl\u0131k, ki\u015fiyi bo\u011fan bir denetime d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde de fayda sa\u011flamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan, b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7evreden etkilenir; fakat sadece \u00e7evresinin uzant\u0131s\u0131 olarak ya\u015famaz. Her bireyin kendi karakteri, kendi e\u015fi\u011fi, kendi iradesi vard\u0131r. Koyun psikolojisinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda durabilmek, topluma d\u00fc\u015fman olmak anlam\u0131na gelmez. Bu, insan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek karar verebilmesi ve kendi hayat\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu ta\u015f\u0131yabilmesi demektir. Elbette ki\u015fi topluma tamamen ayk\u0131r\u0131, y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ya da sorumsuz bir \u00e7izgiye savrulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat s\u0131rf \u00e7evre al\u0131\u015f\u0131k de\u011fil diye her farkl\u0131 karar\u0131n bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da do\u011fru de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aile i\u00e7inde ya da akraba \u00e7evresinde en \u00e7ok ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan \u015fey, herkesin ayn\u0131 fikirde olmas\u0131 de\u011fildir. As\u0131l ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan \u015fey, s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 bilen bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n yerle\u015fmesidir. Bir insan bir karar\u0131 be\u011fenmeyebilir, do\u011fru bulmayabilir, riskli g\u00f6rebilir. Bunlar\u0131 s\u00f6yleme hakk\u0131 da olabilir. Fakat bir noktadan sonra karar\u0131n sahibine alan b\u0131rakmay\u0131 bilmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hayat\u0131 ya\u015fayacak olan, ele\u015ftiriyi yapan de\u011fil; karar\u0131 alan ki\u015fidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsana ger\u00e7ekten de\u011fer veren ki\u015fi, her zaman en \u00e7ok konu\u015fan ki\u015fi de\u011fildir. Bazen en de\u011ferli tav\u0131r, h\u00fck\u00fcm vermeden dinlemek; bazen de anlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0131srar etmemektir. Kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndakini k\u0131rmadan uyarmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kabul g\u00f6rmedi\u011finde meseleyi uzatmamak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Olgunluk, her konuda son s\u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6ylemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak de\u011fil; nerede durulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n kararlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken \u00f6nce \u015fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc hat\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r: Yak\u0131nl\u0131k, m\u00fcdahale hakk\u0131 de\u011fildir; tecr\u00fcbe, tahakk\u00fcm gerek\u00e7esi de\u011fildir; sevgi ise s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fma serbestli\u011fi hi\u00e7 de\u011fildir. Aileyi ayakta tutan \u015fey sadece nasihat de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc, sayg\u0131 ve yerini bilmektir.
